Delete my data

You can delete everything Skyloop has stored about you, at any time.

Fastest: in the game

Open the menu and choose Settings, then scroll to Privacy. Or use the save screen.
Tap Delete my data, then Yes, delete. (No is selected first, so you can't delete by accident.)

This deletes, straight away:

your Challenge scoreboard entries, current and past
any Challenge prize money waiting for your saves
your bug reports, including any files attached to them
every career save and setting on that device

Career saves can't be brought back. If you want to keep one, use Export on the save screen first.

By email

If you no longer have the game, or want us to do it for you, email us. Include your player name, and your player ID if you have it (it is shown in the Delete my data box in the game). We'll delete your data within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What isn't kept anyway

Multiplayer positions are only held during a match, and internet addresses are not saved. Server logs that mention a player name are removed automatically after a few weeks. See the privacy policy.
